At Tile Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy on all qualifying tile orders. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Confirm that your return request is within 90 days of delivery and consists of full, unopened boxes of tile, as we cannot accept partial boxes or individual sheets.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your return shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in sturdy boxes to prevent breakage during transit, and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipment.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned inventory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
